Sony will announce the new Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II Lens on October 13th, 2021. The new FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM OSS II will be 30% (just around 1kg) lighter then the current model. The details and pricing info are unknown at the present.

In addition, the long-awaited Sony a7 IV mirrorless camera will be announced on October 21, 2021.
