The upcoming Zeiss Batis 40mm f/2 CF lens for Sony E mount will be officially announced on September 27 along with the Zeiss full frame compact camera during the 2018 Photokina show. And it will be priced at $1,299 USD in the US. Shipping will start in October 2018.
