Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II & FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM II Lenses Coming in Late 2021

We already reported that Sony is planning to update the current FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II lens and FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM II OSS lens. The latest rumor suggest that the new Sony FE 24-70mm f/2.8 GM II lens and Sony FE 70-200mm f/2.8 GM II OSS lens are being tested by select photographers. The official announcement is expected to be in Q3-Q4 of 2021 with the release date of Q4 2021 – Q1 2022.

The two lenses are expected to be significantly more compact, so it’s interesting to see how high-performance the lens will be while making it smaller.
