We know the Sony FE 400mm f/2.8 GM OSS lens is extremely lightweight: 6.4 lb / 2.9 kg, but the newly announced Canon EF 400mm f/2.8L IS III USM lens (2,840g) is lighter than the Sony FE 400mm f/2.8 GM lens (2,900g). That’s really curious!
